Most credit card orders placed online ship within 1 business day, provided the items are in stock. Orders placed on the weekends or federal holidays are processed the next business day.

Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges if they request expedited shipping services such as overnight or second-day shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Due to incorrect address and absence, undeliverable or refused orders are refunded in the original form of payment less applicable shipping charges.

We serve all locations in the U.S.A. We also ship to all international locations. Please be advised that the customer's shipping charges for all international shipments are exclusive of customs duties, brokerages, and taxes. The customer will be solely responsible for such customs duties, brokerages, and taxes if such obligations occur.

Occasionally, a product will be back-ordered and not available for immediate shipment. In this case, we will immediately inform you of the estimated date of availability via e-mail. We will send you the available items and keep the remaining order on a "back-order" status and ship them as soon as they become available. As a result, occasionally, you will receive multiple shipments for one order.

Order cut off is 5PM EST for same-day processing. Handling time is 1-2 business days. Delivery time averages 3–5 business days for standard shipping.

GTS ships orders via UPS. Transit times may vary and may range from 5-18 business days depending on destination.

Free freight may be offered depending on order size, otherwise shipping fee based on package weight and distance.
